deco cottage
This 1940’s cottage allowed us to add a layer of ornamentation and details that better exhibited its late Art Deco period. The idea was to keep the current bones but dress the walls with sleek geometric shapes & stylized forms. The playfulness and use of liberal colors was forced by the collection of whimsical and contemporary art sourced by Day. Each art piece drove the palette and sculptural flexibility of every space.
